Job Title: Contract-to-Hire Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
LHH is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator to join our client's HR team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our HR operations while utilizing your bilingual skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Translate HR documents and communications to Spanish as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a human resources role, preferably in a coordinator or similar capacity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.
