As we continue to increase our market presence, we are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Outside Artificial Turf Sales Representatives.

**Position Overview**:
As an Outside Artificial Turf Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by generating sales of our premium artificial turf products. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will play a key part in business development with business owners and homeowners, while driving sales growth within our turf product lineup and installation services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and actively prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on artificial turf solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects, effectively articulating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipelines using CRM software.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process, including product selection, pricing negotiations, and post-sale inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse customer groups.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites and sales meetings as needed.
- Experience in landscape or construction sales a plus but not required.

**Compensation**:
This position is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential based on individual sales performance. Commission rates will be competitive and structured to reward achievement and drive results.
