Our group currently manages a portfolio of several successful shopping centers and multi-family residential properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Our mission is to actively manage our properties to maximize asset values while executing cost control to achieve the highest return for our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Perform office admin role in daily operation, including tracking of staff scheduling, lease renewals, rent payment
- Routinely review accounting bookkeeping records, generate monthly property income and expense reports
- Assist on commercial/residential lease renewal, preparation, execution and filing
- Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards
- Oversee outside routine maintenance vendors for conformance to specifications and standards
- Ensure the work orders are completed in a timely manner
- Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget, CAM reconciliation regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- BA/BS or higher degree in Business and/or related major
- 4-5+ years of experience in office/accounting or property management
- Ability organize, analyze, and evaluate problems and provide practical and cost effective solutions
- Ability to plan and monitor work activities according to priorities, deadlines and emergencies
- Must be detail oriented, strong organization skills and willing to take initiative while in the field
- Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
