As an Event Chef at Copper Kitchen, you will be the culinary artist behind our exquisite catering events. Your role is crucial in crafting and presenting gourmet dishes that leave a lasting impression on our clients and their guests. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity and expertise while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute diverse and high-quality dishes for catering events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large banquets.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, develop recipes, and ensure efficient event preparation.
- Manage food presentation to meet the company's standards for taste, appearance, and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen during events, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure the seamless flow of food service.
- Adapt to last-minute changes and client preferences with grace and flexibility.
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff during events, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an off-premise Event Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
