WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Experienced Sous Chef, you're an essential part of our kitchen team. Your expertise in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste ensures that our kitchen operates seamlessly day in and day out. Keeping costs in check is also a critical component of your role. Fortunately, you are a master at maximizing profitability without compromising quality.

Your most important role, however, is working alongside our head chef. By mentoring staff and preparing mouthwatering dishes, you create an unforgettable dining experience for our customers that keeps them coming back for more. Your innovative and inventive approach to cooking shines through as you help to develop our Specials menu. With a passion for cooking, you thrive in our kitchen team environment

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEF JOB

To qualify for this awesome role with our restaurant, you need the following:

  • Culinary experience
  • Leadership skills
  • 4+ years of culinary and management experience would be a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
