WeatherPro Exteriors is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to our customers. The Customer Experience Specialist plays a critical role as they serve as the first representation of our company. Effective Customer Experience Specialists are patient, empathetic, and communicative. They love to talk and will go above and beyond to schedule an appointment or resolve a customer concern.

**What you’ll do**:

- Answer incoming phone calls from new and existing customers
- Book and schedule customer appointments
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Track and report on department KPIs
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Administer customer experience surveys for quality assurance
- Go the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
