We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a **Demand & Customer Marketing Director, **based in Milwaukee, WI. The Demand & Customer Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a smart marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty. S/he will develop a deep understanding of customer decision-makers and their needs, and then oversee the team’s development and execution of multi-channel campaigns to reach target prospects and customers early and often for a strategically identified outcome. This leader is a passionate digital marketing expert, a student of customer engagement strategies, a leader of digital transformation and growth, a proven people-leader, and someone who is comfortable living in data to inform iteration and optimization strategies.

**Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing**:

- With his/her team, develop and implement multi-channel audience engagement strategies that position the NBF brand competitively, drive audience consideration and conversion, and nurture customer relationships
- Oversee the development of a strong ABM strategy and activation, starting with a 1:many approach to target accounts, and quickly evolving to 1:few and 1:1
- Oversee the catalog and direct mail contact strategy, in lockstep with all other channels and touchpoints, to ensure we surround prospects and customers to drive desired behavior
- Develop customer acquisition strategies that enable aggressive growth in alignment with the company’s long
- and short-term growth plans
- Ensure strong collaboration with Sales and Ecommerce in the form of sharing campaign plans, creating enablement materials, and listening closely to needs that will drive growth
- Ensure best-in-class execution of all multi-channel campaigns, including product launches
- Develop holistic customer touchpoint strategies, and touchpoint maps/calendars, to inform all stakeholders and provide proactive development direction to Content, Creative and Ecommerce, while also keeping Sales and stakeholders informed of in-market plays
- Ensure the team develops a charter for every campaign that establishes the strategy, sets desired KPIs/outcomes, and gets all stakeholders aligned before project initiation
- Be a champion of the CDP and 360 customer data, and use it to strategically identify customer targets, fuel targeting campaigns, and track behavioral data for real-time segmentation and profiling
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy CoE team on research, journeys, personas and data analytics to information campaign development and optimization
- Collaborate closely with the Content & PR and Creative teams to develop robust in-market materials required to drive an outcome
- Brief Marketing leaders and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis about plans and desired/actual outcomes
- Establish a workflow and hold the team accountable for sharing data-driven insights to continually optimize content and creative development
- Act as the champion and leader of a team of direct reports, and help them find joy in their work, continually push hard to achieve even better outcomes, model collaboration in every way, and grow

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10-15+ years of Digital Marketing experience, with 2+ years focused on B2B
- Minimum 5 years as a direct people-leader, with at least 10 years of experience leading teams directly and indirectly with influence
- Expert in budget management, with proven expertise in building business cases to secure funding as needed
- Proven track record for analyzing data to plan strategic campaigns, track results, and iterate/optimize campaign strategies to achieve desired outcomes based on performance data
- Proven experience leading digital marketing transformation and growth, tied tightly with ecommerce performance
- Expertise in measuring, monitoring, and reporting on campaign outcomes and direct/correlative impact to business results
