**Responsibilities**:
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant records
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making processes
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project issues or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
