**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
As a Fiscal Technician, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable for provider and vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements for all programs. Knowledge of basic payment processing is advantageous, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. This position is also responsible for a variety of miscellaneous clerical tasks and office duties.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- ** Salary**:_ _**In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as a Fiscal Assistant;_ _**or**:

- One year of experience in maintaining and reviewing fiscal records and an associate degree in accounting or business administration; **or**:

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Other Requirements**:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

**Legal Requirements**:

- You must pass a background investigation.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
