Through our unmatched training and education processes, you will gain expertise in top notch sales skills including communication, strategic planning, and negotiation tactics. Blake Thermal is a full-service organization and you will work alongside an outstanding service team. In our region, we're the exclusive Cleaver Brooks representative, selling and servicing a great line of products with excellent brand recognition. We have a strong installed base of equipment which will provide an excellent foundation of existing business plus great opportunities for growth for the right salesperson. We have many other amazing products too.

We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to sell our equipment, repair and upgrade parts as well as service. The Aftermarket Sales Rep will maintain relationships with our customers for our product and service solutions as well as grow our customer base through intelligent prospecting. You will gain invaluable interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers, influencers, manufacturers, and personnel.
- Assist customer with equipment selection, sizing, and estimating based on needs and using a consultative approach to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations for customers with support from our inside team.
- Effectively drive sales; meeting or exceeding sales targets for assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with key accounts by effectively delivering customer value for sustained growth.
- Support corporate goals and initiatives.

Desired Skills
- Self-motivated and open-minded individual with a passion for learning.
- BA/BS preferred but not required. Will consider other work experience or trade school education.
- This position requires frequent travel by car within the assigned territory of ME and adjacent areas. Overnight travel may occasionally be required for sales, training, or manufacturer events.
- Valid driver's license with proven safe driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
