An up-and-coming plumbing company is looking for a sales associate who has a sales and customer service background and a drive to help grow the company. Most of all, NexLvl Services is looking for a representative who is obsessed with taking care of our customers and provides a quality experience every time they speak with them.

**Highest Responsibility**:
Provide positive customer experiences through helpful and a consistent desire to go above and beyond on every phone call. This includes helping the customer see the value in the service we provide and working to close every lead that comes our way.

**Responsibilities Cont’d**:

- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the whole service process
- Confidently answer customer questions related to invoices and work performed
- Make the sale or book the call of customers looking for plumbing work
- Accurately fill out paperwork related to different plumbing jobs
