Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative who will also assist with social media maintenance to join our passionate team. In this dual-role position, you will be the face of our brand for our valued customers and an essential part of our online presence. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service and helping to manage our social media platforms to further engage and inspire our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care:
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers via email and chats.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Processing orders ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Social Media Maintenance:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms in a timely manner.
- Engaging with followers to support our community.
- Supporting our Social Media Team with their needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1 or more years of customer support experience is preferred but not required.
