Being a full service digital marketing agency, our Paid Ads Specialist position affords you the luxury of creating ad campaigns for a multitude of clients in a variety of industries ensuring you don't become bored promoting only one company.
As our Paid Ads Specialist, your focus will be primarily on Google ads and Facebook ads. However, you would also get involved in retargeting, display and shopping ads.
The ideal person will already know and understand all aspects of Google Ads and have multi-years experience operating within it. Aspects like creating ads, understanding bid, CPC, and CTR strategies. You should be an organized, detail-oriented individual who can juggle many small accounts and many tasks to drive online success for our clients. The role would include:
- **Manage Accounts**: Manage 30+ Paid Ad Clients
- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop comprehensive Google & Social Media Ad strategies aligned with clients’ goals and target audiences.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for ad campaigns.
- **Ad Creation**: Craft compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives to maximize click-through and conversion rates.
- **Campaign Setup**: Set up and manage Google & Social Media Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and bid management.
- **A/B Testing**: Continuously perform A/B testing of ad elements to refine and enhance campaign performance.
- **Conversion Tracking**: Implement and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimizing performance.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and optimal results.
- **Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google & Social Media Ad updates, and best practices to drive innovation and success.
- **Client Communication**: Provide clients or account representatives with answer to questions about their ad campaigns and recommendations.
