Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a client seeking a Lead Financial Analyst. This position is a direct hire opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the maintenance of financial ledgers
  • Providing daily assistance to the Financial Controller
  • Regularly assessing organizational processes to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
  • Participating in and reviewing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Tracking and managing company expenditures
  • Auditing and confirming the accuracy of financial reports

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory
  • A minimum of three years of experience in cost analysis or cost accounting is required

Employment Type:
  • Direct hire

Compensation:
  • Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Standard hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Benefits:

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our program allows employees to select coverage that best meets their individual needs. Paid leave may include Sick Leave as required by law, along with any other paid leave mandated by Federal, State, or local regulations, and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.


Salary Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
