  • Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
  • Assist in maintaining proper stock levels through product ordering.
  • Merchandise product neatly to maximize sales.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of products for sale and accuracy of product signage.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and escalate issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
