We are about to obtain the infant formula production license in the states and are expected to enter local retail distribution channels in the end of 2024. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the development and expansion of sales channels for infant formula milk within the United States market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share for infant formula milk products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the infant formula milk industry.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Merch and product development teams to tailor product offerings and promotions to meet the needs of the target market.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and achievements.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, certifications, and best practices related to infant formula milk sales.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the infant formula milk industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance requirements for infant formula milk sales in the United States.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
