**Issue all necessary football equipment**: helmets, shoulder pads, etc.Issue football uniforms to all teams. game and practice uniforms; communicate and schedule times for issuing football player equipment and uniformsHe/She must be available every day after school/before practice to assist players with equipment/uniform needs He/She must be on the sideline for every varsity game (home and away) to assist with any needs before, during and after the game.Make/Share spreadsheets for Freshman, JV and Varsity to track any equipment/uniforms issued.Communicate with the Athletic Director and head football coach to set a budget for the upcoming year.Come up with a list of equipment needed for football. Contact sales representatives to find equipment and uniforms needed and ask for quotes on everything needed.Determine if new uniforms are needed and budgeted for.Locate and design quality uniformsDesign uniforms and team apparel and share the mocks with the head coach and AD for approval.Contact and communicate with sales representatives to find best possible prices on football equipment and uniforms Ensure all necessary football equipment is available when needed.Assemble equipment that is not shipped assembled.Communicate with the Business Office: Sign-off and turn in all invoices for payment.Input bills into Aspen/X2 for any student that owes football equipment or uniform. Input purchase order (PO) requests for every purchase.Actively check to see when each PO is approved so that football equipment can be ordered. Once PO is approved, place order for all football equipment and uniforms needed.

Manage and find secure places to store all football equipment; football uniformsDiagnose issues that happen with football equipment and figure out how to get problem(s) fixed. Ensure football equipment is available and in working condition Determine any football equipment and uniforms that need repair or reconditioning.Have knowledge of any laws to stay in compliance with safety regulations. Plan and organize any pickups and drop-offs of football equipment being reconditioned and repaired. Repair equipment when neededExpected to set-up the field for home varsity football games - pylons, chains, yard markers, etc.Responsible for bringing and maintaining headsets for the coaches communication during the game.Be prepared and repair any football equipment needs as quickly as possible.Organize football equipment collection, which includes being in the locker room and being last one out of there on Thanksgiving and/or last football game.Inventory all football equipment during the Thanksgiving weekend so that it can be picked up that Sunday morning, or thereabouts.Organize and assist with pick up of all football equipment on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, or thereabouts Any other duties as required by the Athletic Director specifically for football.
