Florist Assistant/ Customer Service

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be familiar with flower names and have experience in customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Design arrangements as needed by Florist
- Process incoming Floral Shipments daily
- Maintain a clean environment by cleaning the cooler, buckets, mopping, etc
- Answer phones and take orders on an online platform
- Work closely with Florist to answer customer's questions about pricing, arrangements, flower availability, etc
- Assist Walk-In customers
- Prioritize tasks and adjust to busy periods of the day. Work closely with Florist to keep things efficient for Staff.
- May Occasionally deliver arrangements, pick up flowers or other supplies.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $13.00 - $19.00/hour.
