Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending solutions.
- Work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, meeting sales goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, building trust relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain high-quality visual standards in the store.
- Meet sales goals, achieve excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Perform various tasks, including loading/unloading delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining inventory control procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
