Dix Hills, United States Eden II Programs Full time

Eden II Programs currently a part-time opportunity for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program in Dix Hills, NY. The DSP is responsible for supporting and providing care for developmentally disabled adults.

Duties include assisting with light housekeeping, cooking, ADL skills, meal preparation, community outings, appointments, and laundry. Driving is a requirement of this position.

Desired skills and experience:

- Compassion and patience
- Team player
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license required.
- Availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2pm to 12am
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Pay: $17.25 - $20.75 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
