JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Flexible schedule: Most weeks fixed: T/TH/ W or F, 10 to 6, others flexible
- Proficiency/Expertise in QuickBooks, Quicken, MS-Office, Word and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify subcontractors and negotiate terms

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- **Minimum 5 years experience in full-charge bookkeeping**
