The exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT is one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the world and the "big kid's sandbox" for the most recognizable construction equipment on the planet. We are looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business. This field position involves being on the road every day, meeting with Municipal/County Selectman/Board Members/Highway Superintendents and other governmental contacts and executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects. Territory: Rochester/Batavia Markets Starting Compensation Range: $70,000-$100,000; base plus commission structure based on performance. Outside Sales Representatives typically earn within the stated range for year one, but typically have unlimited earning potential each year. Hate to lose Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Mini Ex, Loaders, Multi Terrain Loaders) a plus Strong construction background and sales experience selling capital goods.
