Starting Salary Range: $75,000 base salary with bonus potential based on performance; earning potential up to $100,000. Benefits include: Paid Time Off + 8 company paid holidaysMedical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family Disability & Life Insurance PackagesCompetitive Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement - available to FT employees with 1 year+ of serviceEmployee Assistance program (EAP)Additional supplemental offerings and discount programsEmployee Referral Program Responsibilities Worktool Asset ManagementIncrease sales in assigned territory by calling on accountsAssist sales, product support, inside sales and parts counter in upselling worktools with machine deals and stand alone offeringsMonitor and advise stores on inventory levels, worktool displays and store inventory presentationOversee New Inventory Levels - Work with Sales OPS in this responsibilityWork with manufacturers in meeting those levels to include CAT and OtherWork with Parts ops assuring of inventory levels for worktool supporting partsBrackets, lines kits, jaws, tool bits, auger bits, etc. Promote, Advise on Product Introduction, Product Value Message, Pricing Strategies, Pricing Communication, Program Communication on new worktool assetsOversee rental fleet worktool assets by reviewing pricing, bring to market and overseeing and advertising on repair and maintenanceHave oversight on stand only worktool rentalsReview pricing and advertising of used worktool assetsAdvise and improve on worktool transportation both internally and externallybe the corporate champion for assigned products such as MinconWorktool Install OversightWork with Sales Service Coordinators and Prep ShopsAdvise on complex worktool installsSupport and comminate with company Technical Communicators (TC's)Audit worktool installsAdvise on standard job adjustments neededAdvise on process adjustments needed Marketing Work with Marketing Group on Store Worktool DisplaysSupport and Attend key trade showsProvide Marketing team with Worktool Material Qualifications Based out of one of the Regional Stores in the assigned TerritoryNot a work from home position3 years work experience related toConstruction Equipment worktools/ attachmentsConstruction equipment or related industry parts, service, and sales operationsKnowledge and experience with construction equipmentSkills with Microsoft applications to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and TeamsExcellent communications skills to include group presentations skills This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
