Position Overview

We're looking for energetic and motivated Sales Associates / Retail Sales Representatives to join our Cincinnati team. In this entry-level role, you'll interact with customers face-to-face in retail settings, helping them learn about products and services that meet their needs. You'll represent leading brands and contribute to a fun, goal-oriented environment focused on growth and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers in retail and event environments
  • Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Help maintain marketing displays, product setups, and promotional materials
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate with teammates and management on campaign execution
  • Record and report daily sales activity accurately

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and motivated attitude
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • No prior sales experience required — paid training provided
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
