As a Quality Monitoring Specialist, you'll support the overall success of the quality control/quality assurance process.
About the role
- Complete the intake of new files for the team
- Complete and/or assist with the ordering and processing of requests related to loan file reviews
- Assist the team by obtaining supporting documentation, compiling information and/or assist in collaboration discussions
- Assist the team by compiling information and other pertinent documentation on specific loans files to complete audits
- Assist the team by engaging in collaboration discussions and executing on key takeaways
- Complete various items as needed to assist and maintain team requirements
- 1 year of administration or office experience
- 1 year of supporting audit-related function or mortgage-related experience preferred
