Dir. of Payor & Provider Partnerships Garfield Park Area of Chicago Our client, a busy and growing ACO, located on the near west side of Chicago, is seeking to hire an experienced, direct hire, full-time System Director of Payor and Provider Partnerships. In this role you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Healthcare System’s clinically integrated network. You will oversee managed care contracting, PHO/ACO relationships, and disease management programs while mentoring staff and building strong partnerships with both payors and providers. This is a hybrid, partially remote position working onsite three and two at home. This position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Position Purpose Reporting to the Chief Progress Health, the Director Payor & Provider Services will be a people manager and role model to the PHO and Disease Management staff. This role will be responsible for providing strategic management and daily direction. This position focuses on daily operational leadership for Sinai Chicago’s clinically integrated network of providers, Progress Health. Incumbent will also be accountable to lead the following: Physician Hospital Organization (PHO); ACO relationships (Medicaid and Medicare); contracted MCOs; HFS’s HTC (aka Transformation Collaboratives); Leader to Managed Care contracting team.
