Operations Performance VP

As VP of People, you will be the strategic and operational owner of the entire employee lifecycle at Mochi. This includes hiring, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and culture. Build structured, fair, and fast hiring processes
Run performance cycles, goal setting, and calibrations
Help managers give direct, useful feedback
Oversee HRIS, payroll, benefits, and policy hygiene
Reduce people risk through clear policies and good communication
5+ years in a senior people leadership role (Head of People, VP of People, or similar)

The base salary for this fulltime position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, in addition to equity and benefits. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as jobrelated skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
Workplace Policy
Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. For officebased roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
For designated remote roles, this inperson policy does not apply.
