What we need:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Sourcing is a critical member of the Flooring NA Talent Acquisition team. This position will provide a best-in-class recruiting experience to candidates and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team.

**This role is Contract and will sit onsite in our Calhoun, GA location.


What you’ll do:

Support multiple recruiters & the TA Leader with sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for various areas of the business.
Interviews may include phone and onsite interviews, complex multilayered scheduling, videoconferencing, and facilitating travel arrangements.
Being an ambassador in the candidate experience.
Assist in the onboarding experience for new hires across all brands of FNA
Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with operational requests such as reviewing, editing, and posting job ads and other administrative tasks.
Other duties as assigned.


What you have:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous recruitment and/or administrative experience preferred
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
General administrative duties, other duties as needed
Excellent computer skills; written, verbal, and presentation
An outward and inward display of professional decorum, tact, and integrity
Ability to work effectively independently and with team members and HR partners


What you’re good at:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact and negotiate with all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
