So, what will the Senior ASW Analyst at Terrestris do?
The Senior ASW Analyst will provide subject matter expertisein the planning, execution, reconstruction, and analysis of anti-submarinewarfare (ASW) exercises. They will support the design of tactically relevantscenarios, oversee and assess exercise execution, and conduct detailed datacollection and reconstruction to evaluate system, sensor, weapon, and crewperformance. The Senior ASW Analyst will develop in-depth performance analyses,contribute to reports, and assist in the identification and validation ofTactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to advance ASW capabilities andfleet readiness.
What does a typical day look like for a Senior ASWAnalyst?
You will:

Design testand data collection plans for exercises.
Act as leadobserver aboard exercise units to coordinate observation and data collectionefforts to support exercise reconstruction.
Developexercise messages.
Reconstructexercise events.
Analyzeexercise results IAW the Analysis Plan.
Primaryauthor of analytical reports, such as Reconstruction and Analysis, Cross orFocused Study and Annual Reports.
What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:
Fifteen years of Navy experience relating toship/submarine/aircraft operations and warfare tasks.
Six years of experience in managing projects orprograms.
Active Secret clearance or Secret eligibility.
