Responsibilities Kforce is searching for talented Collections Analyst professionals for our client in the San Marcos, TX area. Our client is looking for individuals who are looking for a long-term home with a well- established, family-owned business. In this role, the Collections Analyst will perform clerical, administrative, and accounting duties maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This role assures that questions, problems, and issues are resolved as quickly as possible.Key Tasks: Find and review accounts in the system Know how to place accounts on hold and remove from hold Know how to set up child accounts Answer Credit Hotline Provide stores with any information from a customer regarding pricing, quantity, or any other issue that they need to be aware of Skills High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) Experience with Microsoft Office software Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Ability to maneuver in the various screens Ability to open and view invoices, credit memos in the system The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
