ON24 is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in North America, EMEA, and APAC.Role Overview:ON24 is seeking a motivated team member for the role of Credit and Collections Analyst. The Credit and Collections Analyst will work well and thrive in a goal-oriented collections department. We are adding customers every day. This group will focus on process and system improvement projects.This role is high visibility within ON24. The ideal candidate has experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in the software or high-tech industry. The Credit and Collections Specialist should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the position interfaces directly with our customers as well as our sales and customer success teams.Responsibilities:Communication with customers daily to ensure timely collection of accounts receivableConduct timely research, analysis and decision making for resolution of disputed items, short/over-paymentsWork with the invoicing team to resolve billing disputes and credit note requestsPromote strong working relationships between the Credit & Collection functions and all other internal departmentsInitiate and maintain complete, accurate and updated records of contacts, collection activities and account reconciliationsEnsure new customers are well understoodEnlist the efforts of sales and customer support when necessary to accelerate the collection processSkills & Experience:3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections experience, preferably in SaaS companiesSelf-motivated and strong problem-solving skillsGoal-oriented or results-driven personalityPassionate on fully resolving customer issues with a focus on ensuring ON24 is easy to deal withExcellent written and verbal communication skills ability to compose effective and accurate correspondence cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders and external customersProficiency in Outlook and Excel requiredPrior experience with ERP tools and systems - Salesforce and NetSuite a plusPerks & Benefits:Health benefits designed to fit the needs of you and your family including medical, dental, and vision plansUnlimited PTO policy and wellness days to log off and recharge11 paid company holidays for US-based employees + 1 Floating Holiday + 2 Floating Wellness daysEmployee Stock Purchase Plan401K Plan with employer matchReimbursements covering home office expenses with Finance and HR approval, and classes for professional and personal developmentFitness and wellness perks including discounted memberships with 24 Hour FitnessThe base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $77,000.
