About the Role In this opportunity as a Project Coordinator, you will: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements for the successful completion for smaller-scale projects or single workstream within a larger program, in alignment with key stakeholders. Champion and produce all typical project documentation using Transformation Office brand templates, including but not limited to - detailed project plans (inclusive of change management), RAID log, high level timeline, project roster and status reporting. Determines project methodology. Identify and record risks and issues that might affect the project, assessing the effect on the project and the probability of the impact; partnering with stakeholder(s), Project/Program Manager to recommend, develop response(s) to risks in order to reduce impact to project objectives. Gain commitment to ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales or resources deviate from agreed tolerances. Manage the change control process for gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders; ensures full impact of significant changes are understood by project stakeholders. Acts as communication liaison. Plan and successfully deliver readiness activities to prepare impacted audiences for change. Identifying, managing risks to end user impact. Ensure benefits, both tangible and intangible, are identified. Ensures tracking is established to validate that investments deliver the expected business value and return on investment. Demonstrate creative problem solving, solutioning and decision-making skills, understanding "good enough." Demonstrate proactive self-starter, ownership and accountability, acting with the appropriate urgency. Possess ability to prioritize; manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
