The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused a full-time Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. What will you do? Provide excellent customer service Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system Coordinate with housekeeping department as needed Cash handling and accountability; maintain accurate paperwork as it relates to front office operations Check and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.
