The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Hotel Overnight Agent to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Hotel Overnight Agent, you will be responsible for performing all hotel job functions including audit, front desk, reservations, gift shop, and housekeeping during the overnight shift. We care about our team member’s personal and professional well-being. Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‐closing reports 
Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications 
Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift 

Limited night agent experience required; previous hotel front desk or housekeeping experience preferred 
Customer service experience is required 
Ability to work without direct supervision 
Microsoft Office Suite experience is a big plus 
Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
