What will you do? Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‐closing reports  Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake‐up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol  Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits  Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications  Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks  Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift  Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.
