Salesforce is looking for an exceptional, highly strategic, and results-oriented Senior Director to lead a key Customer Success Business Performance function. This role will partner with senior leaders across the Salesforce Customer Success organization to define and execute multi-year strategic initiatives that shape long-term growth and success.
The Senior Director, Business Performance will lead a multi-tiered organization of high-performing individuals, including ICs and People Leaders. This leader will serve as a key architect, partnering with C-suite and executive cross-functional partners to drive enterprise-wide impact and transformation across Success. The role sits in the Customer Success COO organization, reporting to the VP of Programs, Experience and Technology.
The ideal candidate has a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with strategic and analytical thinking, executive leadership, and experience driving measurable business results. The candidate will drive alignment across C-level teams and manage multi-stream projects while upholding Salesforce values and cultural tenets.
Lead a team of high-performing individuals, including ICs and People Leaders, responsible for deep strategy formulation, advanced analytics, and insights generation across the Customer Success Group.
Partner with cross-functional executive leadership to define and deliver strategic projects that enable multi-year initiatives.
Leverage advanced data and analytical frameworks to conduct in-depth analyses across customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify key value drivers and opportunities for improvement.
Act as the primary strategic thought partner to members of the Customer Success leadership, helping to define the global post-sales strategy.
Basic: 10+ years of work experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or Strategy & Ops leadership at a technology company.
Deep experience with enterprise software or SaaS Go-To-Market strategy and execution; Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce reporting platforms.
This range represents base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
