Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Position Summary As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will assist across all aspects of the homebuilding operations, including Sales, Marketing, Construction, Purchasing, Finance, and Land Acquisition, and play a key role in executing company goals and agenda. Key Responsibilities Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, driving timely completion and alignment with company objectives. Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments, ensuring effective crossfunctional collaboration. Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problemsolving, and adjusting plans. Help directors make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents and serving as liaison between them and the CEO. Conduct analysis and assist in research for new developments and present findings to the CEO. Analyze reports from various departments for variances/issues and report to the CEO. Organize, prioritize, and handle documents, emails, and confidential information, ensuring required action is addressed. Assist with tracking monthend, quarterly, and yearly goals. Improve quality results by studying, creating, evaluating, and redesigning processes and implementing changes to improve efficiency. Arrange and manage meetings (document meetings and take notes on action items). Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings by keeping him/her on schedule and providing necessary materials. Plan and coordinate the CEOs travel, accommodation, and trip itinerary. Plan, organize, and manage the CEOs calendar, including meetings, events, and appointments, both professionally and personally. Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multitask. Assist office personnel with various duties/projects as needed. Be willing to do other tasks as deemed necessary. Competencies, behaviors & attributes: strong work ethics, high integrity, highly motivated, selfstarter. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) may be beneficial. Several years of executivelevel administrative support in a fastpaced, multidepartmental environment. Experience in homebuilding or realestate operations is a strong asset. Proven ability to manage crossfunctional projects, support senior leadership, and handle confidential information with discretion. Deadline and detailoriented. Priority setting. Businessminded. Ability to train and mentor. Strong understanding of sales, pricing strategies, and cash flow. Able to work in the business and on the business simultaneously. Calm under pressure of tight deadlines and effectively multitasking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required items: cell phone & presentable; reliable form of transportation.
