Expand organizational funding and deepen donor engagement leveraging strategic and creative approaches to support existing program operations and regional expansion. Implement transformative strategiesbalanced by humility and collaboration. Design and implement a multi-year strategic plan aligned with CWCs mission, funding, and community needs.
