Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Plumbing Installer to oversee and perform the installation of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while guiding a team of installers and apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage plumbing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standards Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades on job sites Supervise, mentor, and train junior plumbers and apprentices Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing installation issues Provide estimates for labor and materials when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe, working condition Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Journeyman or Master Plumber License (as required by state) Minimum 5 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and tools Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Preferred Skills: Experience with both residential and commercial installations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with project management or job tracking software Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Health Insurance Credit Available PTO Plans Available Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Clearwater, FL 33762 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Clearwater, FL 33762: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
