*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Lead Plumbing Installer* to oversee and perform the installation of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while guiding a team of installers and apprentices. Key Responsibilities:*Lead and manage plumbing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completionInterpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systemsInstall pipes, fixtures, and appliances for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquidsEnsure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standardsCoordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades on job sitesSupervise, mentor, and train junior plumbers and apprenticesMaintain accurate records of materials used and work completedTroubleshoot and resolve plumbing installation issuesProvide estimates for labor and materials when neededMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe, working conditionQualifications:*High school diploma or equivalentJourneyman or Master Plumber License (as required by state)Minimum 5 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and toolsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and blueprintsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spacesPreferred Skills:*Experience with both residential and commercial installationsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusFamiliarity with project management or job tracking softwareBenefits:*Competitive salary based on experienceHealth Insurance Credit AvailablePTO Plans AvailablePaid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Ability to Commute: * Clearwater, FL 33762 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Clearwater, FL 33762: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apex Plumbing
