Lead Installer

Description Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Installer (Tier III) to join our installation team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete window and door installation process, from pre-arrival planning to ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of the project. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, expert installation abilities, and a keen sense of accountability. Responsibilities: Primary On-Site Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring all project expectations are communicated and met. Payment Collection: Collect final payments from customers upon project completion. Project Oversight: Conduct pre-walks and pre-measurements, ensuring accurate project planning and execution. Installation: Perform routine to complex window and door installations, ensuring all units are level, plumb, and square. Modify existing openings as needed. Trim & Caulking: Apply exterior/interior finish trim and caulking to complete the installation process. Jobsite Management: Prep and maintain a clean jobsite, oversee trash disposal, and clean trailers. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct post-installation walk-throughs with customers, document any warranty or installation issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and train crew members while maintaining sufficient project progress and meeting deadlines. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of window installation and remodeling experience. Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools, as well as the ability to modify existing window and door openings. Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and handle the physical demands of the job. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with crew members and customers. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage time, the installation process, and a team of installers effectively. Self-Motivator: A proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Communication Skills: Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations with homeowners, clients, and team members. Technology Proficiency: Utilize a smartphone for business applications and communicate efficiently through written and verbal correspondence.
