Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production/Install Manager to oversee our roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various roofing disciplines and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires effective coordination of resources, personnel, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of production on sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee the full install from ordering materials, job planning, and all inspections.
  • Conduct 3 quality control inspections per job to monitor and document progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners and internal departments, perform quality control checks and ensure all work meets company and code standards
  • Document and report all crew KPI's back to the Operations Director.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the roofing process, implementing solutions promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Performing final walkthroughs with the customers (Google reviews and Referrals are incentivized).

Experience

  • Proven experience in a production management role within the roofing industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, TPO, Flat roofing systems, coatings, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to navigate CompanyCam, Whatsapp, Jobnimbus etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills is essential for success in this role.
  • Must have hands on experience and be capable of performing repairs when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Base level computer literacy is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
