We are seeking a Director, Sterile Processing to:

Lead operational, financial, programmatic and employee related activities for Sterile Processing within all of UW Health’s Madison-area locations.
Communicate with physicians, academic department leaders, and senior administrators to maintain coordination with other UW Health programs.
Provide an experience and environment of patient and family-centered care.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree in a relevant healthcare-related field Preferred
Work Experience
5 years of management experience in Sterile Processing Required
Sterile Processing experience in a large academic or other complex health system Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Management Certification Required or
Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certified Healthcare Leader Required or
Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Concepts in Healthcare Material Management Required
CBSPD Technician Preferred
CBSPD Surgical Instrument Preferred
CBSPD Ambulatory Surgery Preferred
CBSPD GI Scope Preferred
HSPA Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Preferred
HSPA Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) Preferred
HSPA Certified Endoscope Reprocesor (CER) Preferred
