UW Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Sterile Processing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and programmatic activities of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in Sterile Processing to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, academic department leaders, and senior administrators to maintain coordination with other UW Health programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of management experience in Sterile Processing.
- Certification in Sterile Processing or a related field.
