What our Licensed Clinical Therapists find at MinuteClinic:
- Autonomy to build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.
- Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 18+.
- Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.

Required Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered MA State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs.
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
Education
- Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University.
- State License with one or more of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$30.39 - $65.66This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
