An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

For more than a century, this critical access location has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare to the surrounding communities. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. 

Reporting to the Director of Rehab Services, the Licensed Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient documentation, develops personalized physical therapy plans, monitors patient treatments and response to treatments, consults with physician teams, provides instruction on home care, assists with training in-house clinical staff, supervises the Physical Therapy Assistants, and serves as an active member in the department quality control program. 

What Makes You Awesome: 

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in New Hampshire or ability to obtain
  • Prior working experience in either outpatient or inpatient settings
  • Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment
