Quality Engineer

What will you do?
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and tools.
- Conduct inspections and testing of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Participate in the creation and review of quality documentation and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
- Develop and implement digital tools that output easy to understand results based on gathered data
- Lead a small team of hourly quality auditors
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of exp.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and quality control methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in quality analysis tools and software (e.g., statistical process control, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic distribution environment.
