Calvary Hospice provides end-of-life care to patients with life-limiting illnesses whose care has transitioned from active curative to palliative and quality of life focused. The majority of care is provided in the patient’s home and, as needed, short term inpatient care is provided at several facilities throughout the greater New York area.

*Qualifications:*
* Current New York State Registered Nurse License
* 2 years experience in nursing
* 1 year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred

*Education:*
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, Nursing

Pay: $54.65 - $68.71 per hour
