We have an immediate need for Client Services Representative in our fast-paced call center.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Quickly identify client needs and efficiently provide the best solution
  • Use critical thinking skills to problem solve while using best judgment
  • Effectively summarize and relay information
  • Data entry
  • Work independently

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-volume call center
  • Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Type a minimum of 45 wpm
  • Ability to sit at a desk majority of shift
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen

Work Conditions:

  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
  • Project timelines and deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as well as lift, carry, and/or move up to 25lbs
  • Ability to work in a noisy work environment
