The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation. Qualifications Required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the futureBachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field 10 years of experience in systems engineering and systems engineering management with defense sector systems with a focus on designing, integrating, and implementing complex weapons systems5 years of experience with C4ISR projects contributing to Information Assurance, security engineering, systems security architecture or other areas of information securityProven experience in leading and delivering large-scale DoD systems engineering projects that align with the defense sectorIn-depth understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, MBSE, and best practicesCISSP, CASP, Certified Securte Software Lifecybe Professional (CSSLP) or other advanced cybersecurity/information assurance professional certificationActive Top Secret Clearance Preferred: Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science disciplineProficiency in systems monitoring, diagnostics and performance analysis toolsDoD program experience working with combat weapon systems engineering For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
